Additionally, the range of symptoms within a given diagnosis, as well as the intensity and progression of the disease among individuals with the same diagnosis, can differ significantly.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>An individual can access benefits and services if they meet the conditions outlined by the relevant legal regulations.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Furthermore, if it is necessary to establish facts related to the individual\u2019s health status as part of the process of obtaining a specific right, the competent institution will request a report and opinion from the regional branch of the Institute for Expert Assessments, Professional Rehabilitation, and Employment of Persons with Disabilities.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The Institute for Expert Assessments, Professional Rehabilitation, and Employment of Persons with Disabilities \u2013 Expert assessments involve determining physical, intellectual, sensory, and mental impairments, disability, as well as the functional and work abilities of the individual.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><figure
