Quality Youth Mentoring for Inclusion<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Duration: <\/strong>1.1.2023. &#8211; 1.1.2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Amount: <\/strong>9.575,00\u20ac<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A multiplication event of the Erasmus+ project \"Quality Mentorship for Youth Inclusion\" was held.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">The Croatian Alliance for Rare Diseases held a multiplication event of the Erasmus+ project \u201cQuality Mentorship for Youth Inclusion,\u201d co-financed by the European Union, at the Youth Health Centre in Zagreb. The main goal of this project is to establish and consolidate a European network called \"Quality Mentorship for Youth Inclusion,\" composed of national organizations from various EU member states in the field of rare diseases. This project promotes the empowerment of young people and children affected by rare diseases who face similar challenges across Europe.<br>The mentorship program seeks a relational meeting between the mentor and mentee through a process of mutual acquaintance across various stages. In this way, the mentor will act as a \"big brother,\" offering skills and techniques that enable the mentee to become aware of their strengths and priorities, and to improve their resilience and emotional management.
